Bold Browning BBQ Rub
Bold Browning offers the perfect taste and texture profile for beef. Marc Cardinali took Bold Browning to Texas and over the course of the BBQ season was told by pleased customers that it was a great rub not only for steak and beef ribs, but for pork, lamb, and wild game. High-heat searing, roasting, or low and slow barbecue maximize this seasoning’s rich flavour and prized crusting effect. Marc took this blend to the next level and expanded its uses by incorporating it into ethnic cultural favourites, creating recipes for Jamaican jerk, Mexican fajitas, Cuban stews and chilies, Texas Brisket, and Beef Rib Rub.
For a 1" - 1.5" Steak, apply the Bold Browning rub generously. Allow 45 mins - 1.5 hours for the seasoning to fully penetrate and flavour the meat. I recommend searing the meat for best results.
