Ensure the product is in its original, unassembled condition with all manuals and hardware included, then securely pack the item to prevent damage during transit.
Ship to Service Centre
Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our main showroom; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
